For production on existing equipment, space and core yarn feeding methods are limited, so some improvements are needed in spinning equipment, and the space above the roving frame (roof) of the spinning frame is reasonably used to install the core-spun device. The aluminum tube is used as the core yarn channel, which can effectively reduce the adsorption of dust and hairiness. Reasonably configure the ratio of core yarn to outer fiber, optimize spinning tension, and ensure even covering. High-pressure gas is used to bring the core yarn from the inlet above the aluminum tube to the outlet below the aluminum tube to facilitate the operation of workers. In the production process, the core yarn count should be optimized through experiments, and a reasonable core yarn package form should be selected.
